The Seeker Within
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, but if I’m being honest, the clues to this path started long before that.
As a little girl, I was endlessly curious about people’s inner worlds. I questioned my friends about everything, even the mundane — like whether their homeroom teacher stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. I didn’t know it then, but I was already drawn to the unique rituals, emotions, and relationships that shape our lives.
That same curiosity led me to a career in marketing research, where I spent years exploring why a woman might buy a certain towel, or why she trusted one magazine over another. But eventually, in my mid-twenties, I hit a wall — the job, the relationship pursuits, the daily grind — I kept thinking, “There has to be more than this.”
The Magic In The Integration
That question cracked open a whole new path. I began a spiritual journey that took me deep into Kabbalah, Buddhism, Hinduism, meditation, breathwork, and the sacred study of the divine feminine. And of course, astrology — the language of the soul — became a cornerstone of my personal and now professional transformation.
Over time, I integrated this spiritual exploration with the grounded therapeutic training I earned from my Master’s in Counseling from NYU. In my practice today, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian psychology, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). I also hold a New Jersey license in Massage and Bodywork, which has deepened my understanding of how the body holds trauma, and how healing moves not just through the mind, but through the muscles, the breath, the chakras, and the auric field.
This isn’t just a profession for me, it’s a lifelong devotion to healing, wholeness, and truth. I’ve taken all the pieces of my path and woven them into a deeply integrative approach to therapy, one that honors your story, your spirit, and the sacred mystery of becoming who you were always meant to be.
